Nirvn (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with nirvn.com and inquiries submitted through our website. It does not replace any separate agreement or privacy notice applicable to another service or relationship.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company or organization if provided, and message content. We also retain related correspondence when we respond to your inquiry.
Our website infrastructure and service providers may process technical information associated with visits and submissions, such as IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps, and security or delivery logs. The information processed depends on the services and features used on the website.
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, financial account information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
Please do not include confidential business information, trade secrets, or unpublished invention details in your initial inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, establish a confidentiality agreement.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Receive, review, and respond to inquiries;
- Communicate about potential partnerships and related business matters;
- Maintain relevant correspondence and business records;
- Operate and secure the website and inquiry process, including preventing spam and abuse; and
- Meet applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
3. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We use Cloudflare Pages to host the website and Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abuse. We use Resend to deliver inquiry emails to our Microsoft 365 business email system. These providers may process personal information as necessary to perform their functions.
Inquiry messages are delivered to our business email system, which uses Microsoft 365. Messages and related correspondence may be retained in our inquiry mailbox and forwarded to authorized Nirvn personnel for review and response.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.
4. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining relevant business relationships and records, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention depends on the nature of the information and correspondence. Information may remain in email archives, backups, or service-provider systems according to applicable retention settings and deletion procedures.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No website, email system, or method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Processing Locations
Nirvn is based in Virginia, United States. Information submitted to us may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements must be addressed through the relevant processing arrangements.
7. Your Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning how your information is processed.
Please use our Contact page and identify your message as a “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before responding. Please do not submit identification documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate channel.
We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law. Certain information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
8. External Websites
Our website may contain links to external websites, including LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review those policies before providing personal information to those services.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated Last Review date. We will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
